Workshop management

The workshop is used to organize the actual production site. Maintain the workshop first, and then establish the associated production lines and workstations to facilitate production scheduling, statistics and resource screening.

For tenant administrators and authorized employees

This chapter only introduces authorized operations within this enterprise. The entrance and buttons change with the scope of enterprise opening, employee roles and positions; the actual picture uses test data.

Enter "Basic Data → Workshop"; the same maintenance page may also provide "Workshop" and "Production Line and Work Station" labels. Personnel with the authority to add or modify the workshop are responsible for maintenance.

Add and edit steps

Open "Workshop" and click to add a new workshop entrance.
Fill in the workshop name; the code can be generated by filling in the value agreed by the enterprise or leaving it blank as prompted.
After saving, confirm that the workshop appears in the list and the "Owned Workshop" option of the production line.
When you need to change the name, first confirm the object, then click Edit, save and refresh the association page.

Field description

Field	Description
workshop coding	Used to identify information, which can be filled in or automatically generated by page.
Workshop name	Enter the actual name of the site to avoid using the same name to refer to multiple different locations.
Associated production lines	Select the workshop on the production line page to establish the association, and do not replace the workshop data with employee departments.

Delete and adjust

Check related production lines and page restrictions before deleting a workshop. When there are already production lines, workstations and tasks, do not modify a name by deleting and recreating it; first adjust the association according to the page rules. If the deletion prompt fails, the reference relationship will be processed first.

Complete inspection

You can select this workshop when adding a new production line; the name of the workshop in the dashboard is consistent with the relevant filter. The employee department and the production workshop are different data and should be maintained separately if necessary.
