Scheduling configuration, start and pause

Production scheduling allocates the order process to specific workstations, saves the production schedule to form an arrangement to be executed, and clicks Start to enter the release and terminal execution process.

For tenant administrators and authorized employees

This chapter only introduces authorized operations within this enterprise. The entrance and buttons change with the scope of enterprise opening, employee roles and positions; the actual picture uses test data.

Preconditions

There are valid orders and SOPs, workshops and production lines, activated and bound terminals; and have production scheduling maintenance and startup permissions. First make sure that the workstation is not occupied by conflicting tasks.

Configure production scheduling steps

  1. Enter "Work Order & Release → Production Scheduling Release" to add a new production schedule or enter from the order.
  2. Select the production order and check the product, valid version and current production quantity.
  3. Select "View Production Line" to read the target workstation and terminal availability status.
  4. Select or drag the process into the target station; stations without available terminals cannot be directly used as normal execution stations.
  5. Set the start and end time according to the actual arrangement, and check the quantity of each process and the remaining quantity that can be scheduled.
  6. Click "Save Production Schedule" to check the saving result; if the modification is not saved, it cannot be started directly according to the saved configuration.
  7. After meeting the startup conditions, click "Start" and confirm, and go to the workstation to verify the task.

The difference between saving and starting

Saving means that the scheduling configuration is recorded; starting involves release and execution. Startup may not be available when the process version is loading, the configuration is not saved, there is no valid allocation, or there is a resource conflict. Handle the interface prompts first and do not click repeatedly to force start.

Run, pause and resume

In the "More Actions" list, use available actions such as start, pause, or resume by task status. Pause will affect the current execution, so confirm with the site first; check the terminal display and progress after resumption, and do not replace the resumption by repeatedly creating a new production schedule.

View task details

Open task or release details and check production lines, workstations, processes, file versions and real-time progress. You can use "Refresh Progress" to re-read. When the terminal is unavailable during operation, process the terminal-less workstation according to the page rules and check again. It cannot be assumed that the unbound equipment will automatically complete all production scheduling adjustments.

Frequently Asked Questions and Completion Checks

Start gray: Check whether it is saved, whether the workstation and terminal are available, and whether the version is loaded. Displays scheduled production or insufficient quantity: Check the existing arrangements and remaining process quantities. After completion, the administration console status and workstation tasks should be consistent, and the documents and quantities should be consistent.
