Registration, login and accounts
When registering an organization, use email verification to create a workspace. Employees sign in with individual accounts maintained by their administrator; avoid sharing one account between people.
Entrance and preparation
Click Sign in on the website. To create an organization, choose Email registration. Prepare an accessible email address, organization name, organization code, and administrator details.
Registration fields
| Field | Fill in instructions |
|---|---|
| Organization name | Enter your organization's name. Check it when signing in later. |
| Organization code | Use 5–32 lowercase letters, digits, or hyphens, beginning with a letter. The code must not duplicate an existing organization. |
| Registration email | Use a real email address that can receive verification messages and serves as your login. |
| Administrator name | Enter the administrator's display name. |
| Email verification code | Enter the six-digit code from the email. Follow the validity period and resend countdown shown on the page. |
| Password and confirmation | Enter matching passwords that meet the displayed length requirements. Do not use an example from this manual as your password. |
Create an organization
- Enter the organization name and code. Resolve any warnings about short, invalid, or duplicate codes.
- Enter the administrator's name, email, and password.
- Request an email verification code. Check both your inbox and spam folder.
- Enter a valid code, read the agreements on the page, and personally confirm them before submitting registration.
- After entering the console, confirm the organization name and begin maintaining employees and shop-floor resources.
How employees sign in
Your organization's administrator must create and enable each employee account and assign its roles and positions. Employees enter their account and password on the login page. Workstation terminals provide an Employee account or employee number entry; the employee number corresponds to the username maintained by the administrator. Organization codes, user accounts, and terminal activation keys have different purposes.
Sign-out, recovery and errors
Sign out before leaving a shared computer or changing employees. Where Forgot password is available, follow its email-verification instructions. If no email is configured or messages do not arrive, contact your organization's administrator. Investigate disabled accounts, incorrect passwords, and insufficient permissions separately; repeated registration is not a solution.
Complete inspection
The account can enter the correct organization and see menus appropriate to its responsibilities. Confirm the current employee's name before operating a workstation. Successful registration does not mean a terminal has been activated or that products and schedules already exist.
