Production orders and order progress
The production order determines the product, required processes, quantity and delivery date; the production schedule further determines which workstations will be executed and at what time. After the order is saved, production scheduling still needs to be arranged.
Entry and preconditions
Enter "Work Order & Release → Production Order". The product and usable process versions should have been approved; if there is no valid process, the SOP review will be processed first.
Add fields to the order
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| order number | Fill it in according to the prompts on the page or leave it blank to automatically generate it. |
| Products | Inquire and select the correct product and check the model number. |
| order process | Select at least one from an audited process for which this product can be used. |
| Production quantity | Fill in the planned production quantity of the order, and then check the production schedule and progress according to this caliber. |
| Delivery date | Fill in the actual planned delivery date. |
Add and arrange production
- Click "Add Order", select the product and wait for the valid process to be loaded.
- Check the process required for this order and check that the process is consistent with the product.
- Fill in the production quantity and delivery date, and save after confirmation.
- Select "Release" on the order line or enter "Schedule Release" to arrange workstations and quantities for the order.
- After the production schedule is started, go to the workstation to check the actual tasks.
Query and export
You can filter by order number or product name, product, release status, creation date and delivery range. When you need to export, check the order and click "Export Selected"; querying, resetting, or turning pages will clear the selection, and recheck the selected quantity before exporting.
View progress and defects
View the order line's good products, target, defective products and completion level; when available, click the defective number or completion level to view the details of each process. Multi-process orders should check the processes separately, and do not simply add the quantities of different processes as the final completion quantity.
Modify and complete checks
For orders that have production schedules or execution records, the editing scope shall be subject to the content allowed by the interface. After saving, check the product, process, quantity and delivery date; released means that there is a release process, but it does not mean that all processes have been completed.
