Production reporting, change approval and traceability
Reporting records should correspond to real employees, workstations, processes and tasks. The input quantity, good products and defective products must be filled in according to a unified standard. After submission, the backend will check and make corrections according to the authorization process.
Quantity filling rules
| Field | Meaning and requirements |
|---|---|
| Input quantity | For the quantity invested in this operation, fill in an integer greater than zero. |
| Good product quantity | The qualified quantity completed this time, a non-negative integer. |
| Bad quantity | The number of unqualified items this time, a non-negative integer. |
| Quantity verification | Good quantity + defective quantity must equal input quantity. |
| Employees, tasks, workstations and processes | It should be consistent with the actual work and cannot be filled in by other employees or similar processes. |
Terminal reporting steps
- Check current tasks, processes and employees at workstation.
- Click "Report production" and enter the input quantity, quantity of good products and defective products.
- Check the quantity equation and task attribution, and submit after confirmation; wait for clear results and avoid continuous clicks.
- Go to the administration console "Work Order & Release → production report Traceability" to check the new record; when the network fails, first check whether it has been saved, and then decide to try again.
Backend registration and query
- Enter "Recruitment Traceability" and query based on order, production line, workstation, employee, and reporting date.
- When authorized, click "Add New Report" and select the scheduled tasks, workstations, processes and actual reported employees.
- Check the current SOP version, fill in the quantity and submit.
- When exporting is required, use the page export entry to check the record range and time of the returned file.
The difference between direct modification and employee application
Tenant administrators or people with corresponding manager positions and permissions can modify the production report in the administration console and fill in the reasons, and the system will retain the modification record. When an employee initiates an application for modification or deletion at the terminal, it will be processed according to the pending review process. Submission of the application does not mean that the original record is immediately replaced or deleted.
Check the SOP at the time of reporting for work
Check the process version and attachments corresponding to the production report in the "current SOP" entry, and check the guidance content used during the operation. The preview of historical production report is not automatically changed to the latest current version, which is suitable for troubleshooting execution differences before and after version change.
Review modification or deletion requests
- Open the "Report for Work Modification/Deletion Review" and filter the records to be reviewed.
- Compare the input quantity, good products, defective products and application reasons before and after modification.
- If it meets the requirements, it will be approved; if it doesn't, it will be returned and the reasons will be filled in.
- Recheck statistics after modification; deletion will roll back the corresponding quantity and progress, and approval traceability will still be retained.
- Return to the original record "Modification Record" to view the processing history.
Conflict and completion checks
When the prompt record has been updated, refresh and recheck to avoid overwriting other people's new modifications. To ensure that the quantity is correct, you need to check the employees and processes; the actual records and audit results in the administration console shall prevail. You cannot judge the success of reporting just by closing the form on the terminal.
