SOP operations and work attachments
In "ESOP Operation Instructions → SOP List", follow the product maintenance procedures, sequences and attachments. Saving a draft, generating a preview, submitting for review, and live publishing are separate steps.
Before starting
Prepare product and process names and clear and complete documents, confirm that the account can maintain processes and that the company has enough remaining space. First select the specific product on the left. If no product is selected, the process cannot be mistakenly added to other products.
New process and upload steps
- Enter the SOP list, select the product in the product tree on the left, and check the product process on the right.
- Click "New Process" and fill in the process name, optional code and process description.
- Switch the attachment type and upload the corresponding file; check the name, page order, picture clarity, and video or model content.
- For models with supporting resources, upload the required resources to the same process.
- Click "Save Draft" to return to the work list to check the order.
- When the Office or PDF attachment has not generated a terminal page, first press the page prompt to "Generate Preview"; after completion, preview page by page.
- After confirming all the processes and attachments, click "Submit for Review" to review and follow up the results with the SOP.
Attachment type description
| Type | Current interface support range |
|---|---|
| Pictures and Documents | Pictures, PDF, Word, Excel, PPT; the specific extension and single file size are subject to the actual upload prompts. |
| video | MP4, WebM, MOV and other interfaces allow formats; check the actual playback on the terminal after uploading. |
| CAD | DXF file; check graphic display and reading ratio after uploading. |
| 3D model | Interfaces such as STEP/STP, STL, OBJ, GLB, GLTF and other allowed formats. |
| Model resources | When GLTF/OBJ uses external resources, BIN, MTL and texture images are completed in the same process; the resource requirements of self-contained GLB are different. |
Edit, rearrange, copy and rebind
After the editing process, resave the draft and submit it for review. The process sequence can be adjusted when the interface allows; "copying" to other products will generate a draft of the target product, and the original processes will be retained. Changing the binding to other products will affect the draft relationship between the two sides. They should be checked and reviewed separately. It cannot be considered that saving the binding has taken effect on site.
Draft and pending review status
Relevant edits will be locked while pending review; please go to the review page first. When you need to abandon unsubmitted modifications, "Cancel Draft" will restore the current effective version or clear the unvalid draft, and make a decision after confirming the prompt stating that it cannot be reversed. Closing the editing window only means closing the window and does not mean canceling the entire product draft.
Complete inspection
The product and process names and order on the left are correct; all attachments are fully previewed; the version is displayed as expected draft or pending review. Before the current modification has been reviewed and approved, it will not be regarded as the latest effective guidance on site.
