ESOPSElectronic work instruction management platform

Terminal installation, activation and binding

The terminal needs to complete adaptation installation, authorization activation, workstation binding and employee login in sequence. Successful downloading or the device being online does not mean that there are already executable scheduling tasks.

For tenant administrators and authorized employees

This chapter only introduces authorized operations within this enterprise. The entrance and buttons change with the scope of enterprise opening, employee roles and positions; the actual picture uses test data.

Installation and activation steps

  1. Go to the download terminal page of the official website to select the matching platform, follow the page to complete the download verification and obtain the installation package.
  2. Install and open ESOPS on the target device.
  3. Fill in the corresponding service information and applicable keys of your company according to the terminal interface to complete the activation.
  4. Go back to the administration console to check whether the device has been activated and record the identifiable device name.
  5. When activation fails, check the model, key usage status and network, and do not repeatedly try the key between different devices.

Binding workstation steps

  1. Open "Production Line and Terminal → Terminal Management" and query by terminal number or name.
  2. Select "Binding Station" in the equipment row and check the equipment, production line and current binding.
  3. Select the actual production line and then select the target idle station.
  4. After completing the binding, go back to the list to check the workstation name; go to the site and check the information on the top of the terminal again.
  5. When you need to change the location, first confirm that the current task is bound to the original one, and then follow the unbinding or rebinding process allowed on the page.

Device details and online status

Click the terminal online status or details entry to check the application version, activation status, online status, recent connection time and binding station. The online status is determined by heartbeat; offline does not necessarily mean installation failure. First check whether the power supply, network and application are running. Connection information is only used for enterprise-wide troubleshooting and should not be copied to public data.

Web terminal entrance

For available WEB type terminals, click "Open Web Terminal" and employees can log in using their personal accounts. If the button is not available, check whether the terminal is enabled, the current account authorization and binding status; do not manually splice or disclose the controlled access address.

Complete inspection

The installation package structure is correct, the equipment has been activated, the name is identifiable, the workstation is correctly bound, and employees can log in; after the production schedule is started, it is also necessary to confirm that the correct tasks and documents are received on site.
