When unsure about the device architecture, contact the device administrator. Before installation, please confirm that the device allows the installation of enterprise applications.
Installation steps and scope of use
- Choose ARM32 or ARM64 APK by processor for Android devices and DEB for Ubuntu ARM64 devices.
- After completing the drag and drop verification, download the original installation package. Android allows installation according to device prompts; Ubuntu uses the system software installer or a method approved by the administrator to install.
- Follow the terminal binding process in the admin console to access the workstation, check the tenants, workstations and tasks before putting it into use.
