ESOPS Terms of Service
Effective: November 1, 2026
These terms apply to the ESOPS website, administration console, Web workstation terminals and Android workstation terminals. Companies opening accounts and using the service must comply with these terms, their selected plan description and applicable law.
1. Services
ESOPS provides product and process information management, electronic work-instruction preparation and review, work orders and publishing, workstation viewing, and production reporting. Available features depend on the account’s tenant, role permissions, subscription plan and system version. Companies must verify the accuracy, approval results and safety suitability of work content used on site.
2. Accounts and company data
Company administrators are responsible for creating, assigning and disabling user accounts and properly managing credentials and permissions. Companies retain the relevant rights to their uploaded business materials and attachments and must ensure they are authorized to process and upload them. Users must not access other tenants’ data without authorization, distribute malware or disrupt the service.
3. Free and paid plans
ESOPS may offer free and paid plans. Menu features, user and terminal counts, storage capacity, service terms, prices and other limits are governed by the plan page shown at activation, the order or an agreement signed by both parties. A free plan does not mean unlimited features or capacity. Upgrades, renewals, expiry and data handling follow the applicable plan description and order. If plan rules change, we notify users through the website or system at an appropriate time.
4. Fees and service changes
Billing periods, payment methods, taxes and refund conditions for paid services follow the order or a separate agreement. We may adjust the service for maintenance, security, legal requirements or product improvements. Changes materially affecting subscribed services will be notified to the company under the applicable agreement.
5. Intellectual property and usage restrictions
Rights to ESOPS software, interfaces and related technology belong to their respective rights holders. Companies may use the service during the valid service period and within their plan. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, resale or automated disruption of the service is prohibited. Uploaded content remains subject to the relevant rights of the company and original rights holders.
6. Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain service stability and take reasonable security measures, but networks, devices, third-party services or force majeure may affect availability. Companies must maintain necessary contingency work procedures for production sites and are responsible for their published work instructions and on-site execution. Each party’s liability follows applicable law and the specific service agreement.
7. Termination and contact
Companies may stop using the service under their plan or contract. Data export, retention and deletion after termination follow the plan, contract and Privacy Policy. For questions about accounts, plans or these terms, contact the ESOPS operator through your company administrator.
