What can be viewed

Enter "Production Lines and Terminals → Authorization and Services" and view "Activation Key" and "Purchase and Expansion" according to the visible entrance of the current account. If there is no entrance to the page, the administrator of the enterprise will check the authorization.

Use existing activation key

1. Check the company's available resources, applicable models, and used status in the activation key list.
2. Select the matching key according to the actual device architecture and activate according to the terminal prompts.
3. After activation is completed, check the device and usage status, and do not re-assign a used key to another device.
4. When exporting, check the filtering scope and use the file containing the key only for internal device access within the enterprise.

Storage capacity and upload

SOPs and other persistence add-ons take up enterprise space. When the capacity is insufficient, first check the prompts and files that need to be retained, and then clean up the deletable data or apply for capacity expansion according to the company's procedures; do not solve the problem of insufficient capacity by deleting job files that are still in use. The file format or single file limit is different from the total capacity.

Purchase and expansion steps

1. Open "Purchase and Expansion" and read the current device authorization, storage expansion, and contact instructions.
2. Collate the number of devices, platform architecture, required capacity and enterprise information.
3. Confirm the quotation, validity period and applicable scope through the channels published on the page.
4. After resource processing, return to the enterprise core to check whether the key, device, or capacity has been updated.

Free scope and completion inspection

The public instructions for newly registered users are 1 free terminal activation key and 100 MB initial storage. Model authorization and actual rights and interests are subject to the current account configuration and public instructions; existing companies will not automatically change the capacity due to manual updates. Page consultation or payment does not mean that the resources have taken effect, and should be checked against the actual available amount of the company.
