Dashboard and production overview
The dashboard is used to view an overview of the company's effective SOP, production lines, terminals and production schedules, and supports observing production status by workshop, production line and statistical date.
Entrance and applicable personnel
Log in to the backend and enter the "Dashboard". It is suitable for tenant administrators and authorized production managers to view the overview; the specific data range is subject to account permissions.
Filter and refresh
- Choose a workshop first, and then select a production line according to your needs.
- Select the statistical date; pay attention to the indicator description when viewing historical data.
- Read the "Updated on" time and click "Refresh" if necessary.
- Click "Reset" when you need to restore all conditions.
How to understand key indicators

| Number of valid SOPs | Follow the page instructions to view the valid documents as of the selected date. Version changes will not simply repeat the accumulation. |
| Production line statistics | Check the number of production lines and distribution of each status, and then check the specific production lines. |
| Terminal device statistics | Check the status of online, offline and unbound; online is based on the current heartbeat and cannot be used as online proof of historical dates. |
| Scheduling and progress | First confirm the screening scope and task status, and then view it in conjunction with the order and process progress. |
What to do after an exception is discovered
If the terminal is offline, go to "Terminal Management" to check the latest connection and binding; if there is no production progress, go to "Production Release" to check the task; if the quantity is abnormal, go to "Registration Traceability" to check the record. The dashboard is a statistical portal and does not replace the original business records.
Complete inspection
The data under the same workshop, production line and date have clear meaning, and the update time changes after refreshing. When the loading failure prompt appears, refresh and try again. Blank or failed results will not be regarded as zero output.
