Production lines, workstations and layouts
In "Production Line and Terminal → Production Line and Work Station", maintain the workshop to which the production line belongs, single row or double row layout, total number of workstations, numbering method and workstation name.
Preconditions and fields
| Field | Fill in the requirements |
|---|---|
| Affiliated workshop | Required, create a workshop first; you can add new entries to supplement information. |
| Production line code and name | The name is required; the code is filled in according to the enterprise agreement or generated by the system. |
| Workstation layout | Choose single row or double row, corresponding to the placement of on-site equipment. |
| Total number of workstations | 1–200, set according to the actual number of stations. |
| Double row numbering method | Horizontally continuous, or odd-even arrangement; use the interface preview to check the upper and lower rows. |
| Workstation name | Fill in the layout preview with a name that will make it easy to identify on site. |
Add new production line steps
- Click "Add new production line", select the workshop and fill in the name of the production line.
- Set single row or double row and the total number of workstations; continue to select the numbering method in double row.
- Check the layout preview and modify the name in the workstation input box if necessary.
- After saving, check the workshop, layout and number of workstations in the list.
- Go to the terminal management to bind equipment to the corresponding workstation, and then use it for production scheduling.
How to check double row numbers
Horizontal continuous means that the upper row is numbered 1, 2, 3..., and the lower row continues; odd-even arrangement means the upper row is numbered 1, 3, 5..., and the lower row is 2, 4, 6.... The station number and name may be different. Check the location and name at the same time when binding the terminal.
Modify existing production lines
Check terminal bindings and run tasks before editing. After changing the number, layout or name of the workstations, verify and save according to the page, and then check the binding and production scheduling; when the used workstations cannot be adjusted, process the business reference first, instead of directly deleting and rebuilding.
Complete inspection
The layout diagram is consistent with the site, the terminal is bound to the correct workstation, and the target workstation can be identified after scheduling and selecting the production line. When the layout is wide, scroll horizontally in the workstation area to avoid missing the workstation on the right.
