Task groups, splitting and supplementary scheduling

Task groups are used to organize the execution sequence of multiple production schedules; split and arrange multiple batches of execution according to the number of processes that can be scheduled; supplementary scheduling needs to be applied for based on actual reasons and reviewed by authorized personnel.

For tenant administrators and authorized employees

This chapter only introduces authorized operations within this enterprise. The entrance and buttons change with the scope of enterprise opening, employee roles and positions; the actual picture uses test data.

Task group prerequisites

First establish the production schedule to be started and confirm the order, workstation and execution sequence. Only uninitiated scheduling that is allowed to join on the page can enter the task group, and running tasks cannot be processed as drafts at will.

Steps to create a task group

  1. Open the new entry for the task group during production scheduling release and fill in the name of the task group.
  2. Select the switching method and set the earliest start time as needed.
  3. Add uninitiated production schedules that meet the conditions and adjust the order of the list.
  4. Save the task group, check the members and order, and then start execution according to the available entry on the page.
  5. Refresh the progress in the task group details and observe the progress of each production schedule.

Switch mode

switch togetherAfter all processes are completed, the entire line enters the next production schedule.
Independent switchingAfter each workstation is completed, it will enter the next production schedule according to the arrangement within the group.

Verification of split production schedule

When the same order is split into multiple production schedules, check the scheduled quantity and remaining schedulable quantity of each process separately, and directly fill in each batch directly without the total number of orders. When saving or starting is rejected, first check existing drafts and run tasks to avoid overscheduling.

Replacement application steps

  1. Open the rescheduling entrance of the corresponding order or production schedule, and check the objects that need to be rescheduled.
  2. Fill in the rescheduling quantity and clarify the reasons, and submit the application.
  3. The tenant administrator with review authority checks the application and approves or rejects it.
  4. After the application is approved, the production schedule will be added or adjusted according to the actual business arrangement; submitting the application itself does not mean that the workstation has started to make up for production.

Adjustments and Completion Inspections

Moving out of a task group and deleting production schedules are different operations; deleting a task group will retain the production schedule within the group, and the currently running tasks will continue to run, and subsequent automatic connections will stop. Check the prompts before operation, and check the task sequence, running status and rescheduling review results after processing.
